Concierge has been set up for sellers that have the stock but don’t have the time or want to set up an account and store. It is a unique service that framesXchange would like to offer all our sellers if they choose. Essentially, we will take care of the whole account set up. Commission for the concierge service is 50%.

What we will do for you; 1. framesXchange will set up your account 2. Upload your frame images 3. Research product details and values 4. Monitor sales opportunities 5. Notification of sale 6. Provide item postage details 7. Monitor tracking for delivery 8. Send payment on delivery.

What you do; 1. Go to our contact us page and simply let us know you are interested in our concierge service. We will guide you from there.

It’s so simple, we do most of the work for you.

framesXchange is a marketplace for people to sell their unused frames. In some cases you will be able to purchase frames with lenses you can use (ie. sunglasses or goggles). In other cases your new frames might come with prescription lenses which you will need to get replaced. If you wear prescription lenses this should be no different to your usual approach, apart from the fact you’ll already have the frames when you visit your preferred optometrist.
