How to Measure Your Frame Size – framesXchange

We would like to show you a simple way to measure your frame size using a credit card. Credit cards are a very easy and accessible tool to measure your face for your next frame size. Here are the steps to help you use this technique.

Credit Card Measurement Technique

Step - 1

Use any credit card. The width of a credit card is the approximate width of a medium size lens.

Step - 2

Stand in front of your mirror. Place one edge of the credit card at the center of your nose. Now note where the other end of the credit card finishes……..

Step - 3

If the edge of the credit card goes beyond the outer edge of the eye, your frame size is a small or narrow (S).

If the edge of the credit card ends at the outer edge of the eye, your frame size is a medium (M).

If the edge of the credit card does not reach the outer edge of the eye and is more inline with your pupil, your frame size is a large or wide (L).

Now you know what size of frames to look for, it’s over to you. Enjoy!
