What Happens After You List on FramesXchange
Selling on FramesXchange is designed to be simple, transparent, and supported from start to finish.
Here’s what happens once you upload your frames.
Step 1 — Your Listing is Reviewed
Once you upload your frames, they enter a short review stage.
We check:
• Seller verification details
• Required photos and product information
• Listing clarity and authenticity indicators
If anything is missing, your listing will remain pending until updated.
Most listings are approved quickly once requirements are met.
Step 2 — Your Frames Go Live
Once approved, your frames become visible in the marketplace.
Buyers can now:
• View your listing
• Read your description
• Purchase securely through the platform
You’ll receive an automatic notification if your item sells.
Step 3 — You Prepare and Ship the Item
After a sale:
• Carefully package the frames
• Ship using tracked delivery
• Upload the tracking number to the order
Tracking protects both you and the buyer and allows delivery confirmation.
Step 4 — Delivery is Confirmed
When tracking shows the item has been delivered:
• The buyer has a short confirmation window
• If no issues are raised, the order is completed
This process ensures both parties are protected.
Step 5 — Payment is Released
Once delivery is confirmed:
• FramesXchange deducts the 30% marketplace commission automatically
• The remaining 70% seller payout is released
Payments are transferred to the account you registered in your seller settings.
Step 6 — You Can List More Anytime
You can add new frames whenever you like.
Many sellers start with one pair and gradually list more once they see how simple the process is.
Our Goal
FramesXchange is built to help reduce landfill while making resale safe, clear, and reliable.
Every step of the process is designed to protect:
• Buyers
• Sellers
• The integrity of the marketplace
If you ever need help, our support team is available to guide you.
